Nuka Cola Lamp by DCRIII Nuka Cola Lamp by DCRIII
Fully functional Nuka Cola Lamp seen throughout Fallout 3. Bottle made using acrylic resin poured in a mold of a 500 ml Coke bottle. I didn't bother placing a label on the bottle sine none of the lamp in the game have one.

I like the idea of the resin mold. I tried poking a hole in the bottle. Yeah, that didn't work well. Looks good. Do you have plans to "dirty" it up?

Yeah, I tried a glass bottle as well and only made a big mess. For the time being I'm going to leave as is, but may give it old worn look in the future.

If you could get your hands on some checked cloth, you could really make a worn and dirty shade. I may have to take your idea and make myself a night light. =P

Using a sponge to do a dry brush technique with brown paint would work as well. Similar to the way I painted the Fixer tin, but with even less paint. Your idea to make a night light sounds good. I’d love to see a picture of it once it is completed. This lamp I made here is about 32 inches tall from the base to the top of the lamp shade.

I have the bottle mold already, I just need to find the best way to mount it to the nightlight I got.
